I have lived, studied and worked in Moscow for four
years and will soon graduate from the Presidential University of Moscow as a
student in International Project Management. More
recently I have completed an internship at “AB Services”, an international
start-up recruitment agency, where I was responsible for marketing and public
relations. During this period I have also been working as a French language

At my previous internship, I demonstrated my innovative
capability by creating several new brochures and catalogues focused on tailored
service offerings to the future clients from different sectors: FMCG, retail,
logistics, finance, and information technology. In addition to coordinating the
development of website design, I also undertook research and analysis of
various trade organizations to identify opportunities to promote the company’s
services in different countries: North America, Canada and France. This
combined with my studies has helped me to develop my project management skills
and establish excellent professional relationships with my Russian, British,
American and French colleagues.
I have established strong listening and communication
skills in multicultural environments through my professional experiences as an
intern and teacher, which have proven invaluable in understanding and helping
clients and students. Furthermore, I have also been actively involved with
several associations – Jura/Russie (Minnesota Program, French house), and
Project Management Institute (Presidential University International
Management), as well as social projects to support children and women in prison
by collecting donated clothes and furniture.
During my studies I undertook a consultancy project to
develop a new organizational structure for a Russian pharmaceutical company.
This involved interviewing the sales and marketing director, analyzing
competitors, and then developing a new organizational structure using the
methods MSP and Prince2 for project and program management.
My International Project Management studies have also
included leading working groups to:
Identify opportunities for a beverage company to
expand its market position through new marketing and advertising campaigns;
Developed a risk management plan for the Russian
operations of a leading French supermarket chain;
• Analyzed consumer behavior in the Asian Luxury goods
sector and Russian sports beverage market; I have recently enrolled to continue
my Russian language studies at the presidential university.
Having worked, studied and travelled in several countries, Spain,
North America, France, North Africa and Russia, I place respect for different
cultures and minorities as a very important value in my life. I don’t accept
unfair or disrespectful behavior in my private life or professional life.
During my studies in particular, I have worked hard to resolve divisions
between team members regarding ethical problem solving.
